As a key member of our team at TASQ Staffing Solutions, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support for transformation initiatives, focusing on quality and productivity improvement.
  • Leading the assessment of processes to enhance existing procedures.
  • Collaborating with clients to resolve escalations and address related delivery issues.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert for RTR benchmarks and leading practices.
  • Managing projects and deployments of new and existing tools and technologies.
  • Conducting capacity planning to identify potential staffing gaps.

Additionally, you will:

  • Work on a rotation shift schedule and have rotation off days.
  • Be based at our Mandaluyong office, located at Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience, with 5-10 years of supervisory experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of RTR domains, including JE, MEC, FA, IC, and financial reporting.
  • A finance-related education and expertise in SAP, Blackline, and other related technologies.
