Technical Support Professional Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support professional to join our team. As a key member of the IT organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our internal technology systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Remote Technical Assistance

Provide remote technical assistance for common IT issues, including PC, Mac, and Chromebook troubleshooting. Develop solutions that meet users' needs while adhering to established company policies and procedures.

  • IT Security Enforcement

Act as local enforcement for non-automated IT security policies. Collaborate with other IT staff on operational procedures and troubleshooting to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Solution Development

Develop solutions that meet users' needs while adhering to company policy. Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of technical issues.

  • Collaboration and Training

Collaborate with other IT support staff on operational procedures and troubleshooting. Provide training on new hardware and software to ensure employees have the necessary skills to effectively use company resources.

  • Ticket Resolution

Resolve escalated and executive support tickets in a timely manner. Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Bettercloud, and other major SaaS applications.
  • Experience with MDM solutions (JAMF, Kaseya).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for AI and willingness to work with AI-driven technologies.
