Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Provide top-notch support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers and team members through various channels.
  • Identify and report bugs, work with escalation engineers to assist with fixes, and test/verify fix versions.
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise documentation and training materials for external and internal support center content.
  • Maintain positive communication with customers, team members, and engineers, including follow-ups and timely issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of strong Tier 1 level Technical Support and Customer Service experience.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of tickets, phone calls, and chats.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent degree/experience.
  • Excellent communication, both oral and written, and customer service skills.
