Remote Technical Support

MCI seeks skilled and customer-focused technical support professionals to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for clients across industries. Responsibilities include responding to technical inquiries, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity, and guiding users through solutions with patience and professionalism.

Candidates must have prior call center experience, reside within a reasonable distance from our office, and possess strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken. A high-speed internet connection, appropriate work environment, and high language proficiency in English are also required.

The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, self-manage effectively, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures
