Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer or technical support, preferably in a remote setting. Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are a plus. The successful candidate will be willing and available to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Key responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing clear instructions and solutions in a friendly, patient, and professional manner.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, a calm approach under pressure, and reliable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
