Service Desk Professional

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our technical support team. As a key member of the End User Services department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. If you have experience working with IT software and systems, we encourage you to apply.
- Provide timely and effective technical support services to clients.
- Manage incidents and requests within our ticketing system.
- Perform daily ticket follow-ups with clients to ensure resolution.
- Resolve username and password problems.
- Perform software and application support.
- CompTIA A+ certification.
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications.
- 1+ year Mac OS experience.
- Experience with remote access tools such as LogMeIn and TeamViewer.
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in a Technical Support role with an MSP or call center IT support environment.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
