Technical Support Specialist

This role is a professional opportunity to deliver top-notch customer service and technical support. We are seeking an experienced candidate who can effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues via phone, chat, or email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet client needs.
  • Document all technical issues and resolutions in our system.
  • Evaluate and escalate unresolved cases to higher-level support teams as needed.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and troubleshooting concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

This position operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for extended periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
