Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform and providing exceptional customer support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in executive support, e-commerce operations, and quality assurance. They will be proficient in Shopify administration and possess strong project management skills.

This is a full-time remote position requiring 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be paid $8 per hour and will work from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Central Time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
  • Shopify Store Management: Update product pricing, descriptions, and website content.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform QA checks after product launches, price updates, or site changes.
  • Coordination with Developers and Agencies: Serve as primary point of contact for developers, designers, and marketing partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in an executive assistant, e-commerce coordinator, or similar operations role.
  • Familiarity: Proven familiarity with Shopify or similar CMS/e-commerce platforms.
  • Coding Skills: Basic coding experience (HTML/CSS) to manage site updates.
  • Communication Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
