- Respond to all customer inquiries within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize responses to tickets based on urgency, complexity, and level of support required.
- Follow up on all missed chats or voicemails within 24 hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of CRM/account management software.
- Dependable and consistent adherence to shift times and schedules.
