Exceptional Customer Experience Professional

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a customer service associate. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and online chat.
Responsibilities:- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and provide timely responses via phone, email, and online chat.
- Identify customer needs and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Upsell products and services to customers as opportunities arise.
- BUILD SUSTAINABLE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to provide best-in-class service.
This is a 3-4 month contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
You should also possess:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Consistent attention to detail and quality.
- CUSTOMER FOCUS and adaptability to different personality types.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:

Please note that flexibility with scheduling is required, as occasional evening and weekend shifts may be necessary.
