Customer Service Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a customer service associate. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and online chat.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and provide timely responses via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Identify customer needs and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Upsell products and services to customers as opportunities arise.
  • BUILD SUSTAINABLE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to provide best-in-class service.

This is a 3-4 month contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

You should also possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Consistent attention to detail and quality.
  • CUSTOMER FOCUS and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
