Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant at Tahj/Nsdmm Management Services Inc, you will play a critical role in supporting our team and ensuring seamless delivery of services. Your primary responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and preparing reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Coordinating events and meetings, and preparing reports and presentations as required
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative roles, preferably with a focus on financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel
