Appointment Setter Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to prospects and converting them into appointments that drive business growth.
  • Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team to ensure seamless communication.

  • Representing the company in a professional manner during interactions with contacts to build trust and rapport.
  • Ensuring all calls adhere to the highest standards and requirements to meet our quality expectations.
  • Delivering reports accurately and on time to support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
