Job Title: Business Growth Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Growth Representative to join our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales while working with cutting-edge software solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and setting up meetings for our Account Executive team. You will work closely with our marketing team to optimize lead qualification processes and provide feedback on lead quality and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers using various tools and databases
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, phone, and social media
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects in our CRM system
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
  • Present our SaaS solution's value proposition effectively
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong phone presence and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms
