
Administrative Support Specialist

A Legal Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the legal team by handling administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in managing internal records, scheduling, and client conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Perform operations support tasks including administrative assistance, task coordination, and day-to-day operations management
- Assist with implementing and improving operational processes and workflows
- Conduct regular reviews of internal records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for staff members
- Manage fortnightly schedules and reports, tracking progress on key initiatives and summarizing operational activities
- Track and manage client conflict resolution efforts, recording issues, monitoring resolution progress, and ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a legal or administrative support role
- Experience in operations support, record management, or client service
- Relevant certifications in administrative support or legal assistance (plus)
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
