Role Overview

The Customer Success Specialist plays a mission-critical part in retaining and growing our customer base.

This role focuses on building strong relationships, preventing churn, and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our platform.

This position is specifically focused on supporting our Real Estate Dashboard product for Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities
Mastery of the Product
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our platform and use cases to effectively guide clients.
  • Nurture customer health throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Negotiate renewal terms and proactively manage churn risks.
  • Identify and surface upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consultative conversations.
Strategic Customer Management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute customer-driven initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Help design and deliver programs that increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Own the customer pipeline, forecasting weekly activity and sharing insights with leadership.
  • Monitor engagement levels and recommend improvements where necessary.
