Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer support function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support experiences to our clients and partners.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer pain points and improve our platform experience.
  • Maintain and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive team performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in customer service, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Strong understanding of customer service practices within tech or SaaS companies.
  • Experience with customer support platforms and CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret support metrics and translate them into actionable improvements.
Key Qualifications
  • Familiarity with insurance or InsurTech industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
