MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We're seeking enthusiastic Remote Customer Service Agents to support a range of customer service initiatives for well-known clients.

In this role, you'll assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent service from the comfort of your own home. You'll be part of a dynamic team that thrives on creating memorable customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, providing timely resolutions to customer issues.
  • Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs and preferences.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions, offering personalized support and advice.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic education.
  • Previous call center experience necessary, showcasing ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong command of the English language required, enabling effective communication with customers.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM required, ensuring efficient processing of customer inquiries.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) necessary, supporting productive work habits.

Please note that this job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
