Customer Experience Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience through the successful implementation of our payroll platform.
Key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, developing tailored implementation programs, overseeing end-to-end implementation processes, and communicating progress with stakeholders.
Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with high-priority requests, participate in cross-functional groups, lead daily kickoff calls, and maintain accurate client records and notes.
Requirements- A minimum of 3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a SaaS company or HR/payroll environment
- Strong understanding of US payroll regulations and practices
- Basic spreadsheet/database skills
- Previous experience in a startup environment (1–3 years)
- PH payroll experience
