
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to expand our clients' sales pipelines through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential leads
- Execute outreach campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest
- Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate and organized information
- Collaborate with client sales teams to optimize lead-handling processes and ensure smooth follow-ups
- Track and report outreach performance, providing recommendations for campaign improvements
- Identify opportunities to refine targeting and lead engagement strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, prospecting, or sales support
- Proficiency with outreach tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze campaign data and adapt strategies for continuous improvement
