About the role

The Business Development Officer at Taft Properties supports the Vice President of Business Development in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and conducting market research. This role focuses on Market Research, Financial Analysis, Project Coordination and Management Reporting.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the preparation of financial models and feasibility studies for new projects.
  2. Analyze project financials to ensure profitability and alignment with company goals.
  3. Conduct market research to identify potential real estate development opportunities.
  4. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
  5. Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to showcase the company's capabilities and secure new projects
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of development projects
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall business strategy

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 to 2 yrs relevant work experience in business development or project management within the Real Estate industry or similar industries
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
  4. Proactive and self-motivated, with the drive to identify and capitalise on new opportunities
  5. Graduate of any of these courses: Accounting, Management Accounting, BS Math, Industrial Engineering,
