Overview:

AspiraGlobal, a growing BPO company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and expand market reach.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Represent AspiraGlobal at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing solutions and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
