Job Overview

Our Client is Seeking a Highly Motivated Individual to Fill the Role of Business Development Specialist.

This position involves building and maintaining a pipeline of investors and strategic partners. The ideal candidate will identify qualified prospects, enabling our leadership team to focus on relationship-building and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and build prospect lists of potential investors, LPs, and partners using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools.
  • Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and direct calls to qualify leads and nurture them until ready for executive engagement.
  • Coordinate with leadership to book meetings and track pipeline progress, ensuring accurate records in investor databases.
  • Assist with prospecting efforts for investor briefings, roadshows, and webinars.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • A background in investor relations, business development, or financial services is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools is required.
  • A results-driven attitude, persistence, and comfort working in an investor-facing environment are necessary.
