Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Account Manager. This role is responsible for driving business growth through precision outreach, strategic campaigns, and AI-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Monitor, analyze, and optimize multi-channel LinkedIn and email campaigns using HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proprietary automation tools.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate on comprehensive go-to-market strategy development, campaign architecture, and outreach sequencing.
  • Outreach Messaging: Develop and refine high-converting outreach messaging including connection requests, multi-touch follow-up sequences, and email cadences.
  • Campaign Briefing: Lead campaign brief development, ideal customer profile refinement, and lead list validation processes.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, and targeting parameters to maximize campaign performance.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Design and maintain sophisticated reporting dashboards, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations for client review.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling, brand-aligned copy that resonates with client objectives and maintains consistent voice across all touchpoints.
  • Client Communication: Manage automated and manual client communication workflows including meeting booking updates, campaign milestones, and performance highlights.
Data Management & CRM Operations
  • Maintain comprehensive contact tagging, activity logging, and lead progression tracking within CRM systems.
  • Manage appointment coordination including no-show follow-up, reschedule processing, and confirmation workflows.
  • Execute systematic re-engagement campaigns for prospects expressing future interest or delayed buying timelines.
  • Ensure data integrity across all client touchpoints and maintain GDPR/compliance standards.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
  • Generate comprehensive daily end-of-day reports featuring key metrics, execution blockers, campaign highlights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain real-time client and campaign performance dashboards using Coda and integrated analytics platforms.
  • Partner with AI operations team on automated monthly and weekly client reporting processes.
  • Conduct regular campaign performance analysis and optimization recommendations.
