About the Finance Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with leaders across the organization to help manage and grow the business. This role reports to the Finance Manager of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive monthly forecasts and budgets highlighting insightful variance analysis and implications for forecasting.
  • Forecast accurately aligning on assumptions with stakeholders and understanding spending patterns.
  • Evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities to inform decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis support presenting and visualizing data and insights.
  • Develop efficiency metrics to inform growth and set financial context.
  • Establish trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Reconcile financial data.
  • Partner with business teams to understand needs and develop cost management solutions.
  • Support Sales teams to ensure accurate commissions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant financial analysis experience in FP&A corporate finance or management consulting.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel G-Suite.
  • Constant improvement mindset and process efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP or IFRS.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven collaboration and communication skills.
