We are seeking a strategic leader to manage growth and product initiatives. This role combines product ownership with a focus on driving user growth and engagement across specific countries through strategic feature deployment, pricing, and experimentation.

About the Job
  • Country-specific Strategy: Oversee product deployments in different specific countries, tailoring features, pricing, and subscription packages to each market's needs and preferences.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and feature trends. Use this information to ensure competitive positioning.
  • A/B Testing and Analysis: Design and implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate feature reception, user engagement, and monetization effectiveness in each market.
  • Localization: Ensure product features and campaigns are tailored to resonate with local audiences.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each country, identifying areas for improvement and scaling successful strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to align on goals and execution.
  • Reporting: Provide updates on country-specific strategies, performance metrics, and project milestones to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all pricing models and features comply with local regulations and standards.
About You
  • Experience with deploying websites and/or native apps with payment systems.
  • Ideally experience with App Store and/or Landing Page- / Search Engine- optimization (SEO), especially around creatives, descriptions & A/B-testing.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of software development principles and technologies, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking paired with execution capabilities.
  • Team-oriented, culturally sensitive, self-reliant, and skilled in time management.
  • Excellent communicator and capable of fostering strong relationships.
