
Technical Solutions Specialist

At VistaPrint, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional technical support to our customers globally. Our team provides tier 2 technical assistance, ensuring seamless operations and timely resolutions of both critical and low-priority requests.
Key Responsibilities- Responding to and resolving escalated technical issues from Tier 1 Support.
- Assisting with critical incidents escalated from Incident Management.
- Providing support for customer configuration issues and questions.
- Maintaining monitoring and alerting to reinforce a proactive issue response mindset.
- Collaborating with other support teams and developers to resolve complex challenges.
- Assisting Tier 1 Support with training, runbooks, and mentoring.
- Creating documentation and runbooks by identifying and documenting solutions for repetitive issues.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements to provide top-notch support to our clients.
We are seeking candidates with strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a production/application support role and be familiar with querying languages like SQL, JQL, and LookML.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working with tools such as New Relic, Sumologic, Jira, and Gitlab.
- Automation experience using scripting tools like Postman and VS Code.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Confluence, and Slack.
