Strategic Technical Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key liaison between our platform and clients, you will design and implement custom integrations while providing exceptional technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Development: Develop and deploy API integrations, create data migration solutions, and implement payroll integration systems.
- Client Interaction: Conduct client meetings to gather technical requirements, provide ongoing technical support, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Custom Solution Creation: Develop custom career sites for clients, build custom tools and reporting solutions for enterprise customers, and create custom tools for our Customer Success team.
- Production Integration Optimization: Migrate completed integrations to production, optimize integrations for self-service implementation, and document technical processes and solutions.
Requirements:
- Excellent client-facing skills with ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing concurrent integration projects with varying complexity and deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative solution development skills.
- Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Familiarity with version control systems.
- Experience with workflow automation tools.
- Strong track record of successful client interaction in technical roles.
