Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled technical expert to join our Revenue Operation Department. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering creative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their requirements and pain points, designing and presenting effective solutions, and providing technical expertise to Sales and Customer Success teams.

You will also contribute to proposal responses, stay updated on best practices and product knowledge, and collaborate with colleagues on technical solutions and problem-solving strategies.

In addition, you will represent the company as a product expert at conferences, demonstrations, and customer visits, addressing technical questions and following up on pending issues.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of product functionality, ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues, sales processes, and propose solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Teamwork: Team-oriented mindset, working effectively with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role.
