Technical Solutions Expert

Our organization is seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for navigating the technical aspects of client workflows, handling inquiries, and delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automations and workflow optimization. Proficiency in Go High Level, n8n, Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, Zapier, and Make.com is essential. Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or HighLevel is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and launch cold email campaigns using Instantly.ai.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n.io and other tools.
  • Generate targeted lead lists using Apollo.io based on the client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Troubleshoot deliverability issues, API errors, and automation bugs.
  • Sync leads and actions across platforms like Instantly, Apollo, n8n, and the client's CRM.
  • Keep systems organized and documented in Notion or SOPs.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical VA or marketing automation role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for debugging tools.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, able to take initiative without constant oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain tech setups and maintain process documentation.
