We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Solutions Engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels including tickets, email, and video.
- Tech Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of dbt Cloud, enabling you to assist with complex technical challenges.
- Problem-Solving: Take ownership of customer issues from initial troubleshooting to resolution.
- Documentation: Enhance documentation to ensure it is both technically accurate and easily understood.
- Professional Development: Proactively seek opportunities to improve skills and contribute to the team's growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in coding languages, SQL, APIs, and network requests.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine drive for solving problems and helping others.
- A strong technical foundation, especially within a SaaS environment.
- Prior experience in roles merging technical and client-facing aspects, such as engineering support or customer success.
- Experience building documentation or technical guides using various media (text, images, video).
- A creative attitude towards problem-solving and collaboration with business stakeholders.
