Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer support tickets and ensuring timely updates.
The ideal candidate will have strong client service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Linux OS support and network administration is required, along with familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve customer support tickets and ensure timely updates.
- Troubleshoot technical issues (SQL, Linux, networking, VPNs).
- Collaborate with utility clients to deliver the best outcomes.
- Provide after-hours/holiday support when required.
- 4+ years' experience in SQL, production environments, and client support.
- Linux OS support and network administration knowledge.
- Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
- Cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery knowledge, or Salesforce admin experience.
- Utility industry or Smart Grid exposure.
- ITIL/ITSM background.
