Job Title: Virtual Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Executive Assistant to join our team at ConnectUs Marketing Solutions Inc. This is a full-time, long-term employment opportunity with a permanent work-from-home arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including calendar management, email management, and data entry.
  • Assist with various projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Develop and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage and organize documents, files, and records.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace, MS Office, and other relevant software systems.
