New Business Development Manager - FMCG Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the development and implementation of new business strategies and plans for assigned projects in the FMCG industry.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement overall business strategies and plans for assigned new business projects based on market gaps, business models, and competitive intelligence.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance in designing initial marketing mixes and positioning premises.
• Ensure that market test launch plans and strategies are implemented.
• Oversee strategic promo initiative planning, organization, and implementation to meet business objectives.
• Lead the development of revised/final marketing strategies, plans, and programs based on test market results and launch/incubation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of related work experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or marketing/management consulting.
• Excellent oral and written communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Relevant experience working in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or marketing/management consulting, ideally with food and beverage segments expertise.
• Expertise in business development, brand & marketing management, sales, new product qualification, project management, research, trade activation, and market sizing/forecasting.
