Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business expansion strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Monitor and analyze car park performance to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure seamless execution of business development plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field or marketing
- At least one year of experience in sales and marketing or business development
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
