Energy Sales and Business Development Manager

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Energy Sales and Business Development Manager to lead and develop our Renewable Energy services in the Philippines.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies and operating objectives to contribute to the business growth targets for the Philippines and ASEAN region.
- Collaborate with relevant business units in ASEAN and our strategic partners in project negotiation, pricing strategies, and project realization.
- Monitor, review, and analyze project progression to maximize financial and business performance.
- Build, manage, and optimize relationships with clients, manufacturers, operators, investors, governments, and strategic partners.
- A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in both Sales and Business Development.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in disciplines such as Components, System, and Plant Certification, Risk analysis, risk management, Bankability studies, Feasibility studies, Environmental impact assessment, Inspection and assessment.
- Established track records in leading market planning and business development initiatives.
- Broad cross-cultural and market exposure with strong networks across the region.
- Dynamic self-starter with sound business judgment.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.
- Willingness to travel around the Philippines and the ASEAN region.
