Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Philippines and ASEAN region.
- Collaborate with business units and strategic partners to negotiate and realize projects.
- Monitor and analyze project progression to maximize financial and business performance.
- Build and manage relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant disciplines such as Components, System and Plant Certification, Risk analysis, risk management, Bankability studies, Feasibility studies, Environmental impact assessment, Inspection and assessment.
- Established track record of leading market planning and business development initiatives.
- Broad cross-cultural and market exposure with strong networks across the region.
- Dynamic self-starter with sound business judgment.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and people management skills.
- Willingness to travel around the Philippines and ASEAN region.
- Amenability to work predominantly on a dayshift but willing to adjust depending on business needs.
