Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Energy Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our Renewable Energy services in the Philippines and ASEAN region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Philippines and ASEAN region.
  • Collaborate with business units and strategic partners to negotiate and realize projects.
  • Monitor and analyze project progression to maximize financial and business performance.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant disciplines such as Components, System and Plant Certification, Risk analysis, risk management, Bankability studies, Feasibility studies, Environmental impact assessment, Inspection and assessment.
  • Established track record of leading market planning and business development initiatives.
  • Broad cross-cultural and market exposure with strong networks across the region.
  • Dynamic self-starter with sound business judgment.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and people management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Willingness to travel around the Philippines and ASEAN region.
  • Amenability to work predominantly on a dayshift but willing to adjust depending on business needs.
