We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of incoming calls, generating sales leads and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Generate sales leads by identifying customer needs and offering relevant solutions
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6-12 months of experience working in the BPO industry
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma / Under Grad.
Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
