We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Strategic Support Professional to provide high-level support to our CEO. This role is critical in ensuring seamless communication, efficient task management, and optimal use of the CEO's time.

Responsibilities

  • Attend all CEO calls, providing real-time support and ensuring seamless communication.

  • Document key decisions, action items, and follow-ups with meticulous call notes.

  • Anticipate the CEO's needs during calls and respond swiftly and accurately.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage all CEO action items, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.

  • Prioritize and organize tasks, proactively identifying deadlines and potential roadblocks.

  • Maintain a robust system for tracking and reporting the status of ongoing projects.
