We are looking for a skilled marketing professional to strengthen our brand presence in the real estate and construction sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving social media growth, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable insights that directly support acquisitions, sales, and client engagement.

This is a strategic and creative position that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging content across various platforms, developing and executing effective campaigns, and tracking market and competitor trends.

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with acquisitions, sales, and construction teams to design targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads. They will also collaborate with leadership to align long-term marketing strategies with business growth goals.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute campaigns highlighting real estate projects, construction updates, and company milestones.
  • Track market and competitor trends, providing actionable insights.
  • Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports, including social media analytics, engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Create marketing materials (flyers, videos, newsletters, brochures, and presentations) ensuring consistent branding across channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads.
  • Work with leadership to align long-term marketing strategies with business growth goals.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing trends. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools. Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills. Analytical mindset to assess data and ROI.

Environment
  • Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
  • Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
  • Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
