Enterprise Solutions Architect

This role involves creating scalable and secure solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture, with experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions. Familiarity with HCM and L&D solutions is a plus.

You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities, supporting Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn complex technical topics into clear business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with potential clients to provide strategic business and technical guidance on implementing Degreed solutions.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.
Requirements:
  • Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture.
  • Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
  • Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.
  • Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is a plus.
