Strategic Administrative Support

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the VP of Sales and VP of Business Development, ensuring seamless execution of their daily tasks and projects.

This position requires a proactive and self-starting individual who can prioritize multiple tasks, manage calendars, and maintain accurate records. You will also be responsible for scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and conducting research to support business growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, email correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned and prepared.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations to support executive decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up on tasks and projects.
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and colleagues to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar support role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with executives, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and other digital productivity platforms.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset, with a passion for delivering results and driving business growth.
