Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and experience in procurement or a related field.

The Procurement Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing vendor contracts, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely renewals, amendments, or terminations. They will also facilitate the vendor contract execution process, gather signatures via electronic means, and manage contract archives. Additionally, they will track and manage procurement contracts, resolve discrepancies, and assist with requisitions submitted to the Coupa Procure to Pay system.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks under tight timelines, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in procurement, preferably with indirect spend, in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint; experience with Coupa Procure to Pay system (or comparable) preferred
  • General understanding of terms and conditions for procurement contracts and experience working with a legal team in the contract review process desired
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating supplier performance and contract terms to ensure value for money
  • Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance standards, including local and international supply chain requirements
  • Able to be flexible and prioritize tasks under tight timelines
