Procurement Expert

The Procurement Expert role is a full-time position with flexible hours, Monday through Friday. We value a team-first culture and foster an inclusive environment that empowers employees to excel.

This role focuses on procurement operations and contract administration. The ideal candidate is responsible, analytical, organized, with excellent communication skills to work directly with suppliers and employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and manage vendor contract review process including initial request review, coordination of procurement teams and supplier management
  • Manage and update procurement leadership dashboards, savings trackers and internal applications as needed
  • Internal and external calendar scheduling management supporting procurement leadership and suppliers
  • Facilitate the vendor contract execution process including gathering signatures via DocuSign, contract archiving, and database management
  • Track and manage procurement contracts, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, or terminations
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in contract terms
  • Facilitate requisition to purchase order processing in Coupa Procure to Pay system for goods and services required
  • Review and select suppliers with quality, price, terms, and delivery packages for requisitions submitted
  • Review and update purchase orders, change requests, contracts, and associated documents as required
  • Assist with new supplier setup into finance systems as needed
  • Run reports from Coupa PTP system to support month-end activities and ad hoc reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting related field preferred
  • Procurement experience with focus on indirect spend in fast-paced environments
  • Competent in Microsoft applications; experience with Coupa Procure to Pay system preferred
  • General understanding of procurement regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining procurement documents
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating supplier performance and contract terms
  • Familiarity with procurement management software and systems to monitor contract statuses
  • Able to be flexible and prioritize tasks under tight timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
