Procurement Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our procurement operations, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to payment.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in procurement operations to drive efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and implement process enhancements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, and invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize procurement operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in procurement operations, preferably in asset management, banking, or financial services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and within a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and SAP Ariba
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
