The Opportunity
Step into a pivotal role with a global leader in food & beverage manufacturing as a Procurement Coordinator. Be part of a purpose-driven organization with a proud heritage and a passion for delivering high-quality, sustainable products to millions of households worldwide.
In this dynamic position, you'll help drive international sales and ensure seamless supply continuity by managing export documentation, monitoring supplier compliance, coordinating consumable orders, and supporting reporting processes. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a company that values its people, champions sustainability, and is committed to making a positive difference every day.
This role follows Australian business hours (6:00/7:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM PHT). Most of our roles are committed to a hybrid setup, 2 days in the office, 3 days work from home, after a 6-month probation period.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing procurement activities, focusing on consumables and reporting.
- Prioritize export sales coordination, ensuring timely documentation and shipment support.
- Manage procurement reporting, including tracking non-conformances, supplier performance, and spend analysis.
- Coordinate consumable orders to align with operational needs and supplier capabilities.
- Monitor and document procurement non-conformances, escalate issues, and contribute to resolution strategies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting tools to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth export processes and compliance with international requirements.
- Assist in tracking supplier compliance, including documentation, on boarding, and performance reviews.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative support roles preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, or Supply Chain (preferred but not required).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
