Job Overview

The role of Procurement Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring seamless and timely purchasing and delivery processes to meet predetermined schedules. This position entails coordinating customs clearance, logistics management, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing goods and services in a fast-paced environment with accountability and responsiveness.
  • Procuring products and equipment promptly to fulfill project requirements.
  • Ensuring timely delivery by monitoring vendor performance and adhering to scheduled timelines.
  • Managing purchasing information in the ERP system for accuracy and up-to-dateness.
  • Coordination of import and export processes, including customs clearance and logistics coordination.
  • Overseeing inventory management, including goods control, receipt, and delivery.
Requirements
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement and logistics coordination.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics providers.
