
Enterprise Account Advocate

This role is centered around delivering proactive support to all enterprise-level clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to providing exceptional client experience while collaborating with the internal team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily communications with clients, responding promptly to their requests, questions, and needs.
- Maintain a proactive approach to client success, communicating frequently and clearly when there are opportunities to address and improve the client experience.
- Partner with the Client Success Manager to execute account strategy and meet account performance objectives.
- Review and closely monitor account data and performance, regularly reviewing account metrics to ensure smooth management of the day-to-day client order experience.
- Closely work with our Client Support and Operations teams to drive corrective actions for our enterprise clients.
We seek a candidate who is fluent in English, both verbally and written, with 2+ years of client-facing or account support experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, a strong sense of urgency and proactivity, and prior experience working in a client-facing role.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Able to consistently work in the Mountain Standard Time Zone (USA) - hours are 8am - 5pm.
- Consistent access to high-speed internet and reliable equipment (laptop with a working camera and audio).
- 2+ years of client-facing or account support experience (Enterprise SaaS or services industry preferred).
