Inspira Enterprise is keen to recruit an experienced Sales Manager with an Enterprise background and strong experience in direct customer interactions, local partner coordination and eventually local team development based on business success and growth. An ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling or consulting cyber security solutions and services to both customers and channel partners.

Responsibilities:

As part of our growth strategy in the Philippines, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who would work to grow Inspira's market share and presence with the end customers. We are looking for candidates with local Sales experience of at least 9 years in any IT company and last 5 years must be from CYBER SECURITY focused in selling Consulting Services, Managed Security Services and Security Product & Technology Services.

  • Own and drive sales objectives and achieve/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Responsible for significant key partner relationship management and development
  • Deep understanding of the core technologies, industry trends shaping the Cyber Security market in the assigned territories
  • Manage the creation and delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
  • Provide inputs to marketing on customer needs and general market trends
  • Serve as the key representative and brand ambassador to assigned territories/ accounts for the Inspira Philippines business. Assist in identifying and expanding possible GTM offerings related to Cyber Security.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor analysis.

Position requirements:

  • Self-disciplined with the ability to prioritize and handle a variety of high-visibility, high-impact initiatives
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of time
  • Track record of results, driven by strategy and execution
  • Excellent presentability and dynamism
  • Should have worked in the Industry Verticals namely BFSI, Telecom and Large Enterprise Customer. BPO and Conglomerates would be an add-on.
  • Holistic view of the Information Security Landscape understanding a must.
  • The role requires a very strong understanding of various security technologies including Security Operations with SIEM (McAfee, ArcSight, RSA, Q Radar, etc.) / UEBA, Firewalls, Data Leakage Prevention, WAF, NAC, Privilege Identity Management Solutions, Multifactor Authentication Solutions, Single Sign on and Identity & Access Management Solutions, End Point Security Solutions, Data Leakage Prevention, Gateways Security, Data & Storage Security Solution & Data Loss Prevention Solutions.
  • Relationships with Vendors, distributors are a must.
  • Understanding of SOC, MSSP, Cyber Security Technologies, Certifications are must.
