Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in client-facing or account support? Do you have strong problem-solving and communication skills? We are seeking a talented Client Success Specialist to join our Enterprise Client Success team.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with enterprise-level clients, responding promptly to their requests, questions, and needs.
- Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to develop and execute account strategies that meet performance objectives.
- Monitor and analyze account data and performance metrics to ensure seamless management of client orders.
- Work closely with internal teams to drive corrective actions for enterprise clients.
- Utilize project management platforms to track client interactions and updates.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work in the Mountain Standard Time Zone (USA), with regular working hours from 8am to 5pm.
- Reliable access to high-speed internet and equipment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client-facing or account support roles, preferably in the Enterprise SaaS or services industry.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
