Job Overview:

Senior Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our enterprise accounts, driving growth and customer satisfaction through exceptional account management, technical expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • This role is responsible for serving as the primary contact and advocate for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring successful contract fulfillment, SLA management, and ongoing customer education.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales and Sales Engineering to align on customer opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure successful implementation with the right resources.
  • Cultivating and maintaining productive relationships across all levels of the customer's organization is crucial in this role.
  • The Senior Technical Account Manager will drive ROI with NiCE's products and services, becoming a trusted partner and advisor to customers.
  • Engaging cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges is essential, ensuring all issues are addressed within SLA targets and improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating and synchronizing projects to ensure alignment with overall strategy and successful completion is also critical.
  • The role requires leveraging deep technical knowledge of NiCE products and associated technologies to implement solutions that accelerate customer success.
  • Conducting regular service and technology reviews, effectively managing escalated situations, and providing coaching, mentoring, and leading escalations are key responsibilities.
  • Identifying and recommending product and service enhancements, contributing to enterprise-level strategies, and leading initiatives that improve processes and customer outcomes are also important aspects of the job.
